The Crop Year Planner

The CROP YEAR PLANNER is a companion program of SUGAR4. It is a management tool that can be used to examine productivity, review manpower utilization, aid in budget preparation and report on progress of work. The objective of the system is to raise the productivity of sugarcane farms by providing a way to sort, summarize and collate information to help plan, administer, coordinate and evaluate all transactions and activities related to the business. It is very user friendly; 98% of the interaction with the software is with a mouse click!

SUGAR4 for PDAs

Go directly to the source of your farm data by having time-keepers record work activities or harvest data using a PDA. This information is downloaded into the Sugar4 database reducing human error.

For managers, certain SUGAR4 reports can be uploaded for reviewing while on the move.

Transfer Facility

The Transfer Facility is a tool to move SUGAR4 data between remote locations. Data entry carried out at the farm can be transmitted to the main office via the internet or a removable storage device. Managers on the go can receive the latest information about farm operations from half a world away.
