The Crop Year Planner

The CROP YEAR PLANNER is a companion program of the SUGAR4 Farming software. This management tool is used to prepare your budget, review manpower utilization, report on progress of work and evaluate productivity.

The program can sort, summarize and collate information to help plan, administer, coordinate and evaluate all transactions and activities related to the business. It is user friendly; 98% of the interaction with the software is with a mouse click!

Finance Assistant

This program reads SUGAR4 data to produce a balance sheet and other reports related to finance.

SUGAR4 for PDAs

Allows recording of farm data on the move… inspectors put in data of work activity or harvest using a PDA. The records are then downloaded into the Sugar4 farming database for processing into payroll and other reports.

Managers can also upload reports into their PDA for reference when they go on inspections.

Transfer Facility

The Transfer Facility is a tool to move SUGAR4 farming data between remote locations. Data entry carried out at the farm can be transmitted to the main office via the internet or any storage device. Farm Owners or managers can receive information remotely via internet / VPN.
