Personnel

The Personnel Module maintains a record of each of your employees. If you need to update employee information, record their accounts, or simply view earnings, select “Employees” from the Personnel sub-menu and choose from “regulars” or “extras”.

Generate benefits such as SAF (Social Amelioration Fund) and 13th Month based on payroll.

Sugar4 lets you print out monthly/quarterly reports for SSS and Phil. Health contributions as well.

Payroll

Carry out payroll preparation after daily time records have been entered into Sugar4. Generate payroll for field and shop workers. Payroll can also be prepared for different worker classifications and groupings.

Sugar4 generates payroll summaries, payslips and handles employee account deductions.

The program automatically withholds contributions for SSS and Phil. Health.
